What is Preat's return policy?

Return Policy

  • Return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Product must be in its original, unopened packaging. Products are non-returnable once opened.
  • A copy of the original invoice must be included.
  • 15% restocking fee after 30 days from date of purchase
  • 25% restocking fee after 60 days from date of purchase
  • 50% restocking fee after 90 days from date of purchase
  • No returns after 180 days from date of purchase

Return Instructions

  • Contact us via phone, email, or Live Chat to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number
  • Wrap package securely and send in either a padded envelope or small box
  • DO NOT SEND MERCHANDISE IN A LETTER ENVELOPE (Preat will not be held responsible for damage to product).
  • Insure your return merchandise accordingly

How soon can I receive the order?

We are happy to send out your order on the same day you place it if it is placed before 4:00PM PST.  We also provide you with several delivery options depending on how quickly you may need the products.

What material (alloy type, plastic, etc.) is X attachment?

Each type of attachment is different depending on the use and how much stress it is supposed to handle.  So, below is a handy list of common attachments!

  • Locator – Titanium with Gold Oxidized Surface
  • Clix/Ball Attachments – Titanium
  • Esthetic Abutments – Titanium
  • UCLA – Plastic *So you can cast to it*

Would you be able to identify the patient’s implant type?

We are able to identify most implants on the market. Feel free to send us an x-ray and/or picture of the implant connection by clicking here and we will do our best. Please remember, the more information you can give us – the better we can do!

Would you be able to help me identify an attachment?

Sure thing! Sometimes the size and type of the attachment is hard to identify because of wear, patient care, or lack of context.

  1. First step, make sure to measure the attachment.

Do I have all of the items I need to do my case?

As you know, every case is patient specific but making sure that you have everything that you need for your case is our highest priority.  So, here are the steps you should take:

  1. Check out our technical section HERE for a walk through of most major procedures with a variety of attachments and abutments.
  2. Check below the description of each product you are ordering to see if there are any additional needed items to complete your case.
  3. When checking out, look at the recommended items to make sure that you already have a stock for your case.

How many parts and pieces come in a package?

Each package of parts is different and making sure that you have everything that you need for your case is our highest priority.  So, here are the steps you should take:

  2. Check below the description to see if there are any additional needed items to complete your case.
  3. When checking out, look at the recommended items to make sure that you already have a stock for your case.

What retention levels are available for Locator, Preci-Clix, Preci-Sagix, Hader Clips, O-Rings, etc.?

Can I order directly from you or do I have to go through a distributor?

It’s your choice!  We sell through most major distributors around the country, but we would be happy to take your order as well.  Whatever makes it easiest for you.

What did I order on my last order?

Click on My Account, there you will find your Account Dashboard. Here you can access your account details and order history.

What is my website log in and password?

From the Register and/or Login pages, enter your email address and click “Forgot Password.” We will email you instructions to create a new password!
